For Individual Buyers

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received the Parcel.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork or receipt in your parcel.

Refunds

  • Please note that the Customer will bear the shipping cost i.e. the refund will be made excluding the shipping cost.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Please note, even if the courier accepted card or other non-cash payment on delivery, we will still refund the balance to your bank account.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please provide correct shipping and billing address along with valid Pin code.

 

For The Bulk Buyers/ Distributors

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar months to return whole or part of the order from the date you received the Parcel.
  • To be eligible for a return, all the items must be unsold and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

  • Please note that the Customer will bear the shipping cost i.e., the refund will be made excluding the shipping cost.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect all the return packs / products, we will check the condition of the same only sealed and in good condition packs / products will only be accepted and accordingly we will decide the financial and then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Order Cancellation

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order with the reason of cancellation through the Online website to cancel all or part of a non-executed pending order that you have placed and which shows the status “open” in your Account, for the part that is open.
  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, complete payment will be refunded.
  • An order cannot be revoked after 24 hours because then the order has been accepted for processing or has been executed.
  • You understand and accept that when we have commenced processing your order or has executed your order the order cannot be cancelled. When the order is being processed this is indicated in your Account in the order overview. Usually, this status does not last longer than approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Orders that are being processed or have been executed cannot be revoked because we have accepted the order and thus the price has been committed to or locked in.
  • We will automatically cancel non-executed buying and selling orders.
